D-day -117 (-1)

With one day to go, I've today wrapped up a whole bunch of stuff, including finally managed to get LaTeX to label my reference list 'References' instead of 'Bibliography', and include it in the table of contents (told you I would need to fight that grim BibTeX boss yet again...). And, for the first time the relation between word count and progress is negative (meaning that I had a net decrease in words, but an increase in status).

Status: as usual on Sundays I have not been outside the door. And no, I didn't have mojitos last night either. I did however have take-away chinese food, which is a first
Detailed progress: policy instruments, polished up the references, trimmed some texts, did a little here and there....
